Introduction and Purpose of This Document
999mmk is a platform that provides digital gaming services for players in Myanmar. These "Terms and Conditions of Service" form the official agreement between the platform and the player. By continuing to use the service, the player confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
999mmk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with prior notice. Any amendments will take effect from the time they are published on the website. Players are therefore required to check this page regularly.
1General Terms
The following terms are used with the meanings defined below throughout these Terms and Conditions—
- "Platform" refers to the 999mmk website, mobile website, and all related services.
- "Player" refers to any person who has registered an account on 999mmk and uses the service.
- "Service" refers to all gaming, financial, and promotional services provided through the platform.
- "Policy" refers to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Bonus Policy.
Anyone using the platform must fully comply with all obligations and responsibilities set out in these Terms and Conditions. 999mmk reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any player whose conduct violates these policies.
1.1 Service Availability by Region
999mmk's service is intended for players located in Myanmar. Regardless of the region from which they access the platform, players are responsible for checking and complying with the laws applicable in their own region.
2Account Registration and Verification
To use the service, each player may register only one personal account on 999mmk. Opening multiple accounts under different identities for the same individual is strictly prohibited.
2.1 Information Required for Registration
- Full name (must match national ID)
- Date of birth (accurate date)
- Contact phone number or email address
- Bank account or KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay / CB Pay account to be used for deposits and withdrawals
2.2 Accuracy of Information
Players are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and correct. 999mmk reserves the right to close any account opened with false or fabricated information and to forfeit any remaining balance in that account.
2.3 Password Security
Players must set a strong password for their account and must not share it with anyone. Players are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on their own account.
3Age Restriction
999mmk's services are available to individuals aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform.
999mmk reserves the right to verify any player's age using their national ID. If a verification check reveals that the player does not meet the age requirement, the account will be closed immediately and any bonus funds will be forfeited.
4Deposit Policy
Players may deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The deposit policy is as follows—
4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
Regardless of the payment method used, a minimum deposit of 10,000 Ks per transaction is required. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.
4.2 Deposit Account Matching
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the player's platform account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may be rejected.
4.3 Deposit Confirmation
After a deposit is made, the amount will be verified and will normally appear in the account almost immediately. Delays may occur due to technical reasons; in such cases, players should contact 999mmk customer support.
5Withdrawal Policy
Players must withdraw their winnings using the same payment method they used to make their deposit.
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
A minimum balance of 20,000 Ks is required to submit a withdrawal request.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
After your withdrawal request is reviewed, funds will be sent within 15 minutes to 2 hours. It may take a little longer during banking hours or if additional verification is needed.
5.3 Reasons a Withdrawal May Be Declined
- Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus wagering requirement is met
- Player account verification is not yet complete
- If suspicious activity related to money laundering is detected
- If activity that violates platform policies is found
5.4 Currency Unit
All transactions on the platform are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK).
6Bonus and Promotion Policy
Separate terms and conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 999mmk, and these are set out in this section.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit at 999mmk can receive a 120% welcome bonus — up to 100,000 Ks. For example—
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 24,000 Ks → balance becomes 44,000 Ks → wager the bonus 15x (24,000 × 15 = 360,000 Ks) before withdrawing
- Deposit 180,000 Ks → receive bonus 100,000 Ks → balance becomes 280,000 Ks → wager the bonus 15x (100,000 × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks) before withdrawing
If you attempt to withdraw before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
6.2 How to Claim a Bonus
- Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only
- Once a bonus is claimed, your own deposited funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is complete

6.3 Promotion Changes
Promotions offered by 999mmk are subject to change and may be discontinued without prior notice. A bonus cannot be reversed once it has been credited.
7Game Policy
999mmk is committed to fair play. All games are run using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live streaming technology.
7.1 Game Results
Game results are based solely on technical data, and 999mmk does not predetermine outcomes in any way. Players may raise any concerns through customer service.
7.2 Technical Issues
If a game session is disrupted due to a server or digital malfunction, the stake for the affected round may be refunded — however, any disputes will be resolved at the discretion of 999mmk.
8Prohibited Activities and Enforcement
Players must not engage in any of the following activities—
- Using unauthorised automation software such as bots or scripts
- Attempting to claim bonuses through improper means (bonus abuse)
- Providing false personal information
- Using the platform as a tool to conceal money laundering activity
- Renting out or selling your account to a third party
- Any hacking attempts or cyberattacks of any kind
- Insulting, intimidating, or threatening 999mmk staff
If any of the above violations are found, the player's account will be immediately suspended and funds in that account will not be returned — legal action may also be taken in such cases.
9Account Closure and Suspension
A player may request voluntary closure of their account at any time via 24/7 Live Chat. If there are outstanding wagering requirements before the closure request, these can be completed first.
9.1 Platform-Initiated Closure
If these terms and conditions are violated, 999mmk may close the account without prior notice. For cases that are not violations but where records are incomplete, the player will be notified of the action taken.
9.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

10Limitation of Liability
999mmk protects player data with SSL encryption. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following cases—
- Losses caused by the player exposing their own password
- Issues arising from a player accessing the platform from a restricted region
- Service disruption due to force majeure events beyond our control (war, natural disaster)
- Gambling losses are the result of the player's own decisions
By placing a bet, the player is considered to have accepted that the action is entirely their own decision.
11Personal Data Security
999mmk will not share any player's personal data with third-party companies, advertising partners, or outside individuals without the player's consent — except where required by law.
